How the deposit hold works
We place a temporary hold on your card for the deposit amount at checkout. It's an authorization — not a charge. The hold is released within 3–5 business days after your totes are returned in good condition. If totes are lost or significantly damaged, we may deduct a replacement cost before releasing.
